Day 10 - šŸš“šŸ¼ā€šŸ˜„

I have to admit, my legs are tighter today than they were on Monday...

For a short ride, it was a very full day! I chatted with 5-10 people along the way (depending on how they're counted). Some guy who was up at 4:30, driving to Detroit & back for work, he told me to be careful & watch out for the cars. A woman painting her shed (I used her front shade tree for a break), she told me to be careful & watch out for cars. The pastor of St. John Lutheran church in Sherwood, OH. I saw the sign & thought, "if someone is there, I can use the bathroom!" Dave (this deserves a longer explanation, so read on for those details), he told me to be careful, too. And several people at the Mobile station in Harlan, IN. The first person didn't know where the road was either. The next two said, "just behind you" (not as helpful as I originally thought). And the fourth finally gave me directions that got me where I needed to go. AND if you count the phone conversation I had with Stephanie to find her house from inside her neighborhood, that makes 9.

The rest of the story will have to come tomorrow morning. My hosts kept me thoroughly entertained this evening & I can't stay awake any longer. Besides, 50+ miles per day added to 50+ yrs old adds more recovery time to exhaustion. So, g'nite, & I'll update again in the morning.
