Day 43 - Lake Minnetonka

I'm writing on Tuesday morning because day 43 was packed full of fun. I was asleep more quickly than normal. (and that's saying a lot)

Julie had planned a trip around Lake Minnetonka, through Wayzata & Excelsior. We stopped for some ice cream! : )

The day was absolutely beautiful! (I'll get some pictures up after today's adventure.)

Before we left, I had the expert check out my bike. Dylan gave it his sign of approval. So, then, Julie and I took off for a day of adventure. She was the perfect tour guide (does anyone who knows her doubt that reality!?). We ended the day with her scout troop friends, a grocery shopping trip, and a stop at the little local beach to take some pictures with the full moon. *whew*

Now the new day has begun. Another adventure is planned, this time into the big city. The bike paths in and around St. Paul/Minneapolis are quite impressive. Any of you bikers that haven't been here yet can add it to your list.

Gotta get going, and pay attention to the day. I already missed some options from the short-order cook while I was typing this, don't want to miss breakfast, too! ; )

May you be fully aware of the beauty in your day today!

Peace, Kathy
