Hello again, it wasn't too long ago that I shared yesterday's thoughts. Today was a simple day. I woke around 8 after my 4 hour nap. As predicted, Quinn was in the room talking about her books. It wasn't so bad, she was whispering, at least. : ) Breakfast, a little TV, shower, laundry, lunch, secure lodging, sit around & chat, dinner, sit around and chat, blog & go to bed.
I hate to do this, because it means the end of the road, but since I just secured the last day of lodging along the way, here is the final leg of the trip in writing:
Saturday - Wednesday, August 12 - 16: Rosalia, WA with the Morgans
Kristi will drive me to meet up with Jonathan & Beatrice near Moses Lake, WA
Wednesday, Aug. 16 - Pothole State Park Campground, Othelo, WA (south of Moses Lake along I90)
Thursday, Aug. 17 - Alpine Inn, Crystal Mountain (near Mt. Ranier National Park)
Friday, Aug. 18 - Ohanapecosh Campground near Crystal Mountain
Saturday - Tuesday, August 19 - 22 - Seattle, WA with the Priests
Tuesday, August 22 - Fly home to NYC on a red-eye, arriving Wednesday, August 23
I am glad to have had a recovery day after my travel yesterday. It is relatively early here, but I am ready for bed, once again! The next few days hold a birthday party with the rest of the clan, a bike ride around the "neighborhood" or even out to the lake and back, and more visiting - as much as we can get in.
